What it is: This nourishing all-in-one charcoal powder can be used as both a clay mask and dietary supplement to achieve clear, restored skin. Who it's for: This product is safe for all skin types and is made with all-natural ingredients. What it does: As the mud slowly hardens, the natural silica, activated charcoal and raw minerals found in the mud gently draw out heavy metals, dirt and toxins that lie deep beneath each tissue layer. This powder penetrates the skin to clear clogged pores and aids in removing dead skin cells to unveil new skin that brings the face a new, natural and radiant glow. How to use: For External Use: Mix powder with equal parts apple cider vinegar or water. It is best to use a glass, pottery or wooden bowl. Stir the mixture until it is a smooth paste-add more clay or liquid as needed. Apply a layer of clay (1/8- to 1/4-inch thick) to the face or other areas and let it dry. Drying times vary, but times are generally 5 minutes for delicate skin and 15-20 minutes for normal skin. You will feel a pulling and tightening sensation. For Internal Use: Start off with 1 teaspoon a day 1-2 hours before eating, 10 days on, 10 days off. Mix into water, a smoothie or your favorite juice. DO NOT INHALE.
