Use nail polish remover to wipe away the dust and oil. Apply a very thin layer of gel polish, then cure under the lamp for 30 seconds. Apply a second layer of polish, then cure again.- To remove: Tear open the remover pad and insert your finger, making sure the cotton pad is all over your nail. The acetone will soak up the gel. Wrap the packet around your finger, removing the sticker on the packet to ensure the air is tight. Wait 15 minutes. Remove the packet and the gel polish will have a shattered effect.
