Use nail polish remover to wipe away the dust and oil. Apply a very thin layer of gel polish, then cure under the lamp for 30 seconds. Apply a second layer of polish the cure again. To remove, tear open the remover pad an insert your finger, making sure the cotton pad is all over your nail. The acetone will soak up the gel.
