Matzah Plates Guide. On Passover we place the Matzo on a special plate specifically meant for Matzah on Pesach, this plate is known as a Matzah plate. Matzo is the unleavened bread which is traditionally eaten by Jews during the Passover holiday, at a time when eating Chametz which is bread or other foods containing leavened grain is forbidden. Handmade by Joy Stember in Pennsylvania. Powder-coated aluminum, anodized aluminum, and brass. Approx. 10"Sq. x 2"T. Each Joy Stember piece is handmad.
