What it is: An eight-hour, liquid matte lipstick that's specifically formulated to be comfortable and not dry out your lips.What it does: It delivers bold, lightweight color with a liquid matte finish while Advanced Polymer Technology keeps color in place for up to eight hours. It won't smudge, budge or feather and is infused with a primer oil complex to condition your lips. The precision tip applicator lines and fills. How to use: Define with the precision tip and use the flat side to fill in with color. Allow to dry. Layer with a lighter hue in the center to make lips look fuller.
