It contains highly effective ingredients that replenish moisture levels in the skin, protect against environmental aggressors and prime with a soft, satin finish. How to use: Morning and night, dispense up to half a pump of AquaBlur onto your fingertip and gently smooth over closed eyes, including your lashes, brows, lids and undereye contour.
